The Mobile Secretary is a service that takes the clerical and communication load off the shoulders of care providers. It might be a Corrective Action Plan, Marketing Correspondence, Thank You Letter to Recent Prospect or a Payment Oriented Correspondence to a Guardian or Conservator. By paying one monthly fee, you get a number of correspondences that you can order on-line, by email or phone. Note there are Three, (3) tiers of the service. Each client receives a HIPAA Attestation Form from our offices, committing that our organization will adhere to all HIPAA requirements.
